GOLF TOURNAMENT
Dear Sir or Madam,
In an effort to help raise money to support local Soldiers and their families with scholarship programs, emergency monetary assistance and other events such as the Mid-America Army Ball, the Scott Army Booster Club, a non-profit, private organization, is requesting sponsorship for our Army Golf Tournament on June 5, 2013 at the Cardinal Creek Golf Course on Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
The Golf Tournament promises to be the highlight of all Scott Army Booster Club fundraising efforts in 2013. Last year’s event had over 100 golfers participate and we’re looking to grow that number this year. We would like to invite you to be one of our sponsors for the Scott Army Booster Club Golf Tournament. You may choose to sponsor a hole for $250, donate prizes, gift cards, or assist in any other way you deem appropriate.
As a Hole Sponsor, we will display a sign with your company’s logo(digital logo provided by your organization) near the tee indicating your support. Additionally, your company name will be listed in the Golf Tournament Program.
If you choose to be a Hole Sponsor, sponsor checks can be made payable to the “Scott Army Booster Club-Golf Tournament” and mailed to the address provided below. A sponsorship deadline of May 29, 2013 is necessary to ensure your recognition is included in the event program. Please contact CPT Jason K.
