SCHOOL PANTO TRIP – “OH YES IT IS”

We are delighted to have been asked by the Tyne Theatre to attend their final dress rehearsal on Friday 2nd December 2016 1 pm – 3.30 pm.

The show will be free of charge, however, we will need a £3 contribution towards transport costs in order for the trip to go ahead. We would hope to be back by 4.15pm, depending upon traffic. We will text parents to let them know we are on our way. Please note that your child MUST bring in a signed consent slip to be able to attend the pantomime. The visit is open to all pupils from Reception to Year 6. We will arrange a separate ‘treat’ for Nursery.

CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS MORNING – NON UNIFORM DAY – MONDAY 28TH NOVEMBER

To help us get into the Christmas spirit and spread some glad tidings our Christmas Decorations Day will also be a non-uniform, perhaps an early airing of the Christmas jumper?!A donation ofa chocolate bar or bag of chocolate sweets will be required to take part, these will be used as prizes in our Chocolate Tombola at the Christmas Fayre.

MR FASSOM’S EAL COFFEE MORNING

On Friday 25th November at 9:00-9:30am in the Community Room, Mr Fassom is holding an EAL Coffee Morning for parents of children with English as an additional language. What things does the school do well? What other things could we be doing to help parents?

This year we are also introducing a parent table top sale (Parents can book a table for £5 – NON FOOD STUFFS ONLY PLEASE).
