SCHOOL RESEARCH HIGHER DEGREE FIELDWORK BURSARY

Instructions:

This form is used for fieldwork and associated expenses only. Other types of funding (workshops, conferences, consumables etc) should be applied for on the School Research Higher Degree Support Funding Application.

This form is to be completed in accordance with the School Policy on Financial Support to RHD Students 2009.

The completed form should be lodged with the School's Administrative Officer.

The School Postgraduate Studies Committee will consider only the information provided on this form.

Funding allocations will be made only at the regular scheduled meetings of the School Postgraduate Studies Committee (as advertised). Students will be advised of outcome via email.

Students are required to provide a report on travel to be attached to their next milestone review documentation

Once travel arrangements have been organised, students must complete a Postgraduate Student Request for Absence & Approval for Travel Form:

Funding will not be processed without authorised leave.
