Course/Module:Executive Administrator Level 3 – Unit 14 – Handling Diary Systems

Introduction:This unit introduces learners to managing a diary system effectively which is an important administrative role. Learners will identify different diary systems, make diary entries, cancel existing entries and reschedule appointments

Weeks:30Lessons per week: 1

Aim:For learners to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and understanding of professional administration in the business world

Summative Assessment:Portfolio

Teaching Methods:Underpinning knowledge will be delivered through group discussion, lecture, games and quizzes, individual and group exercises and individual coaching. Students will work at their own pace within the timescale with individual teaching as appropriate for each student to allow for differentiation of learning styles
