HOTEL:

The 2012 reunion will be held at the Holiday Inn in Fairborn, Ohio (2800 Presidential Drive) on September 25 – 29. A special room rate of $103 which includes a hot breakfast buffet each morning has been negotiated. Be sure to ask for Group Code BRA when registering for your hotel accommodations. The hotel front desk can be reached at 937-426-7800. Reservations can be made by calling 888-465-4329. The room rates are available beginning three days before the reunion and will stay in effect for three days following the reunion.

TRANSPORTATION:

Transport between the hotel and Dayton International Airport is handled by Charter Vans. Reservations should be made well in advance and can be arranged by calling the Holiday Inn Sales Coordinator at 937-431-4613. A steeply discounted round trip rate of $30 covers the airport to hotel as well as hotel to airport at the conclusion of your stay. You must provide the following when you call 937-431-4613:

REGISTRATION FEE:

The reunion registration fee of $200 per person includes the welcome reception, a hospitality suite each day of the reunion, bus transportation to events / tours, and the gala

“Under the Wing” banquet and dance.

Breakfast on your own.

(As part of the special $103 room rate for our group, you have a hot breakfast buffet available for free each morning in the hotel dining room. On Wednesdays, the hotel dining room opens at 0600, breakfast service ends at 1000. A famous Bob Evans Restaurant across the street features comparable prices if you are looking for other alternatives.)

0900 – 1700 National Museum of the United States Air Force Tour

(Bus departs from front of hotel at 0900. Lunch on your own is available in the second floor cafeteria. Bus departs museum at 1700 to return to the hotel.)

OR

Golf – Sign up at Registration. Coordinator is Tom Hogg ().

(Costs include $25 for 18 holes, $12 cart rental, $8 club rental, $3 pull cart rental. Fees will be paid at the golf course. Do not include these fees in your reunion registration check.)

OR

0900 – 1500 Historic Village of Yellow Springs Tour

(Variety of specialty shops, antiques, restaurants and other scenic sights. Bus departs from front of hotel at 0900. Lunch on your own is available at various eateries in the village – prices vary. Bus departs Yellow Springs at 1500 to return to the hotel.)

1900 – 2300 Buffet Dinner at Hotel

(Casual dress. Buffet will include Fresh Garden Salad with choice of Dressings, Grilled Boneless Breast of Chicken with Mushroom Sauce, Sliced Roast Pork Loin, Red Skin Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Medley, Rolls and Butter, Assorted Cake and Pies, Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Tea, and a Cash Bar.)

0900 – 1500 Carillon Historical Park Tour

(Enjoy the beautiful 65-acre campus with 25 special exhibit buildings and structures ready for you to explore. See the actual 1905 Wright Flyer III, Dayton-made cash registers, vintage automobiles, train cars & bicycles, a 1930s print shop and the largest carillon in Ohio. Bus departs from front of hotel at 0900. Lunch on your own is available at Culp’s Café. Prices vary from $12 and up. Plan for comfortable walking shoes. Bus departs Carillon Historical Park at 1500 to return to the hotel.)

1500 Free Time for the Troops.

(Dinner on your own, wherever you choose. Both buses will need to be at the Museum at 0830 to have IDs checked and to pick up their museum bus escorts.

Limit of 50 per tour. No one under the age of 12. Picture ID required – i.e., Driver's License.

Both buses will depart from the museum at 1130 to return to the hotel.
