Life of the Agreement

This agreement, as documented, will remain in place until:

·  the university qualification into which credit is granted ceases to be offered by the university

·  there is a curriculum change by either the university or TAFE SA that effects the equivalency of the qualifications

·  the university and TAFE SA agree to end or alter the agreement in writing

Credit will be awarded for graduates of the TAFE SA qualification for 10 years after the completion of the qualification

The agreement will be archived 11 years after the qualification ceases to be offered by TAFE SA

Any conditions or special provisions that apply to this agreement

This agreement does not guarantee admission to the university for graduates of the TAFE SA qualification. The credit specified in this agreement will be awarded once admission to the university has been granted.

Both the university and TAFE SA will notify the other party as soon as practicable of any curriculum changes that effect the equivalency of the qualifications.

This agreement is valid for the life of the course into which credit transfer is granted, provided no curriculum changes occur in either course which affect the equivalence of the courses.

The UniSA school should complete this agreement and have it endorsed by School Board, DPAC and Division Board and then return it to the Division Manager: Staff and Student Services, Division of Education, Arts and Social Sciences, Room 3-32, Yungondi Building, City West Campus, UniSA.

The Division Manager: Staff and Student Services will arrange for approved agreements to be forwarded to TAFESA for endorsement.
