The law of the contract is the law of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales(UK).

The minimum amount of cover for the third insurance stated in the NEC3 ECSC Insurance Table is
£10,000,000 in respect of each claim, without limit to the number of claims for a period of 6 months following Completion of the whole of the works or earliertermination.
The minimum amount of cover for the fourth insurance stated in the NEC3 ECSC Insurance Tableis
£10,000,000 in respect of each claim, without limit to the number of claims for a period of 6 months following Completion of the whole of the works or earliertermination.
The minimum amount of cover for failure of the Contractor to use the skill and care normally used by professionals providing a service similar to one described in the Works Information is £2,000,000 in respect of each claim, without limit to the number of claims for a period of 6 months following Completion of the whole of the works or earliertermination.
The Contractor's total liability to the Employer for all matters arising under or in connection with this contract is limited to£10,000,000.
The Employer shall not be held responsible in any form for losses or damages that may occur to property or persons as a result of the Contractor's or sub-contractor operations to carry out the contract. It is the Contractor's responsibility to indemnify the Employer against all damages received or sustained by any person or persons by or from the Contractor or sub-contractor in the construction of the works or any consequence or negligence in performing same, or by improper or defective materials used, or on account of any negligent act or omission, or satisfy other liabilities for which the Contractor or sub-contractor and their agents areresponsible.
The Contractor shall be liable for all costs involved arising out of claims or actions which may be brought about against the Employer, Security Services Group or their employees by reason of any of theabove.
The security of all materials, plant & fuel shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Insurance against theft, damage or fire shall be the Contractor’sresponsibility.
The United Kingdom Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act (1996) as amended by the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act (2009) doesapply.
The name of the Adjudicator is to be agreed between the Parties based on the nature of the dispute and his or her availability to decide thedispute.

4 Constraints on how the Contractor Provides the Works Please refer to the followingdocuments:
Working hours expected to be 0730 to 1730hrs Monday to Friday – to be agreed with the Park Manager at Pre-start. Any noisy working only between the hours of 0900 and 1700hrsonly.
Working outside of these agreed hours (or weekend working) is by exception and to be agreed with the Parks Representative with at least 2 working daysnotice.
