Dee Kapur serves as president - Navistar Truck Group. Under Kapur’s leadership, the Truck Group has successfully leveraged its commercial truck expertise into new markets and accentuated the boldness of the International brand. Navistar also has grown its military vehicle business – winning major contracts to build the International® MaxxPro™ mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicle.

Thomas Baughman serves as vice president and general manager, HeavyVehicleCenter for Navistar Truck Group. Baughman joined Navistar in May to lead the heavy vehicle center team and developed and launched the acclaimed International® ProStar™ highway tractor.

Dave Allendorph is chief designer for Navistar. He leads the company’s Industrial Design Group at its Truck Development and TechnologyCenter in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Under Allendorph’s direction, the group has developed aero-efficient and distinctly styled Internationaltrucks, including the ProStar™ and LoneStar®.

Archie Massicotte is president of Navistar Defense, LLC., maker of International® brand military trucks. He has transformed Navistar’s defense business from an incidental operation into a worldwide leader in advanced military vehicles that have been deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan andTaiwan for the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps.

Ramin Younessi is vice president of business and product operations – Navistar Truck Group. Younessi joined Navistar in May 2007 from Freightliner, where he had been general manager and chief engineer of product validation.
