The documents will be scanned. Afterwards, they will appear in the left hand column of your screen in a white untitled document icon (highlighted in blue). Attach thumbnails to the bottom of the screen by selecting “View”, “Panes”, and then “Thumbnails”. This will ensure that all the pages scanned in one folder can be seen.

The Team Report names will be changed to the Skyward names in the end of August
The next step is to separate all of the scanned pages by the category they belong to. For instance, there are three pages of “Attendance Not Taken” in the example folder below.
Separate those pages from the other pages in the folder. To do so, select and highlight (Ctrl + left click) the pages that need to be separated. Then right click on the highlighted documents and select “Create Document”.
Now the three pages for Attendance Not Taken are in a separate document. Return to the first document by clicking on the first white untitled document and split the remaining pages into different documents with the same process.
Select the white button with an orange arrow highlighted above to save the documents into Laserfiche.
Your screen should look like the example below when the documents have been saved properly.
The documents have red folders because their templates are not yet complete.
Double-click on one of the documents to complete its template.
Laserfiche will open the document and its pages with a template ready for completion on the right hand side of the screen.
The particular document above needs to be filed in an SR Documents Template.
Select the SR Documents Template and fill out the drop-down categories for the specific document.
After the necessary categories are completed, select the floppy disk icon in the upper left hand corner as outlined below.
Exit out of the opened window once the documents template is saved. Then, the documents folder will turn from red to green and disappear, signaling that it was properly filled out.
Complete the same steps with the remaining folders until no folder is left.
The screen should look like the example above when all the folders templates are completed and saved.
Repeat for each folder.
