New Business:

Peter thanked everyone who made his last 2 terms in office a joy - - our treasurer, Stan Aagaard, our Vice Pres. Mert Johnsrud, the secretary, Karin Norrman, our behind the scenes people, Susan Sherwin attending to refreshments at every meeting, and to all members who have provided programs and acted as auctioneers throughout the season.

The smorgasbord was really fantastic – what a selection of dishes – the best ever. We had standing room only. In fact there were not enough tables and chairs for everyone. Some people had to eat standing up, and we did not have a large enough table for the cookies and cakes. Perhaps next year we need to put a cap on attendance.

The Gift Exchange, as always, was a huge hit. Lots of laughs and good fellowship. The afternoon ended with the 12 days of Christmas led by our outgoing President, Peter Norrman, who thanked everyone for contributing to this great event.

The meeting ended at 4:00 PM. Our next meeting will be January 10th.

The Club had 78 people in attendance.

Respectfully submitted,

Karin Norrman, Secretary
