Application guidelines

Application process

  • Applications must be submitted to: .
  • Applications will be screened by the CAPNOVA Scale-Up project staff.
  • Applications assessed not to fulfil the requirements, will receive a rejection letter.
  • Companies, whose applications assessed to fulfil the requirements by the CAPNOVA staff,are to make a presentation for the selection board. The selection board will make the final selection of participants in the scalerator programme.
  • Companies, not selected by the selection board will receive a rejection letter.
  • Companies selected by the selection board will be invited to a meeting with the Scale-Up Denmark project manager in order to create a work and growth plan.

Assessment criteria

Assessment of the application takes on the following criteria:

  • Growth potential and ambitions
  • Management team
  • Current and potential product portfolio
  • For companies with non-Danish origin: motivation to come to Denmark.

Eligibility

The Biotech Manufacturing Technology Scalerator is open for SMEs, including start-ups, from Denmark and SME’s from outside of Denmark, provided they establish a company in Denmark.

Cost and financial support

The Biotech Manufacturing Technology Scalerator offers three training programmes. Scale-Up Denmark offers 50 % support for expert hours, 50 % must be financed by the enterprise.
