anish: what does 'backend' mean here?

Vamsi: (My cell phone service provider is giving me a hard time today with the calls I got dropped from the call and don't know how long it will take to reconnect. )

Dave Booz: I heard you, so you will get credit for attendance

anish: this is what it says "An implementation of the service in this example could use the @Callback annotation to request

that a stateful callback be injected. The following is a fragment of an implementation of the

example service. In this example, the request is passed on to some other component, so that the

example service acts essentially as an intermediary. If the example service is conversation scoped, the callback will still be available when the backend service sends back its asynchronous response."

anish: if the interface is conversational, doesn't the impl scope have to be conversational?

Simon Nash: action Simon: produce rewritten section 6.7.1 to resolve JAVA-69 and clarify various problems

Vamsi: I hope you got my attendance in

Vamsi: bye bye.

Simon Nash: action chairs: check with Mary on progress of issue 28 resolution
