Minimum: 10 players (≥4 women);

List players in a specific batting order. Print names clearly. At least 25% female composition in line-up with women players evenly distributed throughout; minimum four women in the line-up. Players placed in the batting order for this game are expected to have fielding duties for this game. Inform umpire of your intent to use continuous batting order before start of each game.

Batting order cannot be changed after game has begun, except to add player(s). Anticipate a known late arrival by placing this player at end of batting order. Otherwise, add name(s) at end of batting order at the next inning at bat [inform umpire of the addition(s)]. There are no "makeup" of missed batting appearances and no batting substitutions.

Teams with less than 10 players at the beginning of the game must use the Platooned Batting Order.

Two copies of the batting order are completed for each game for the team captain and umpire.

The TEAM CAPTAIN will use this document to keep track of batting and fielding duties for the team. The document shall be given to the tournament desk at the game's conclusion.

The UMPIRE will use this document to monitor the batting order and to indicate outs and # runs scored each inning by the respective team(s). The document shall be given to the tournament desk at the end of the game.

Initial batting order and line-up cannot be changed (except for player injury) after game has begun for the first four innings. The second batting order and second line-up cannot be changed (except for player injury) after play in the fifth inning has begun. Initial batter in the fifth inning will be that batting slot scheduled to be due up next. There are no "makeup" of missed batting appearances and no batting substitutions.
