Dues

  • Friday Students 4 weeks ($40.00 plus group picture fee) March 7, 14, 21, 28 (Friday rundown of the recital-all students must be at the Town Hall Annex by 6:00pm and will remain until 10:00pm)
  • Saturday Students 5 weeks ( $50.00 plus group picture fee) March 1, 8, 15( may have extended class schedule), 22(Town Hall Annex-changed class schedule-times will be announced next week), 29th (Town Hall Annex)

Costumes

  • ***Saturday Student Costume Pickup will take place-March 15, 200810:00-4:00pm
  • ***Friday Student Costume Pick up will take place-Saturday, March 15, 2008 11:00-3:00pm

Journal Pictures

  • Individual journal pictures- March 16, 2008-Town Hall Annex-Mrs. Bush will provide you picture time
  • All students are required to participate in the group photo to be placed in the journal-this allows all students to be in journal whether they have individual add or not-$10.00 (students who already have journal add do not have to pay for group photo).
  • Saturday students-Group photo-March 8, 2008 after each class-parents please give us an extra 15 minutes after class-
  • Friday Students-Group photo-March 7, 2008 after each class-parents please give us an extra 15 minutes after class-
  • Charm & Voice Students-Group Photo-March 1, 2008-during class time

Recital tickets Go On Sale-February 29 (Friday Students), March 1-Saturday students-Tickets are $20.00 and everyone (including babies) must purchase a ticket

  • Friday Show Students-tickets go on sale at 6:00pm-you must be in the building by 6:00pm to be included in the lottery (Meet at the Town Hall Annex cafeteria). Each ticket purchaser will pick a number and purchase their tickets according to the number chosen. If you have any questions please feel free to contact
  • Saturday Show Students-you can purchase up to 6 tickets on the first day of sale (you can purchase additional tickets after the first date of sale)-tickets go on sale at 9:00am-you must be in the building by 8:55am to be included in the lottery (meet in the cafeteria at MLK School). Contributionsto the Venettes Cultural Workshop Scholarships

  • We are asking all parents, family and friends to seek out organizations or your own company for monetary donations to the Venettes Scholarship fund. We are a not-for-profit 501c3 organization who relies on public support for its programs. All donations are tax deductible and many for profit companies must contribute to not-for profit organizations. Contact Mrs. Vanessa if you think you can help out with this endeavor and she will provide you with the information you may need.

Venettes Study Hall is still taking place-12:15-2:15

  • Bring in your homework and Venette parents who are teachers will be willing to help you. The study hall takes place in the cafeteria.
