Outsourcing of Mobile Van Project

Sealed tender is invited for purchase of Mobile Van ( TATA 407 Chasis ) with ATM in off line mode with Banks screening containing dummy notes and POS Machine to create awareness among the public for use of ATM Cards at ATM / Micro ATM & POS Machines . The proposal be sent to the General Manager, Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank, Head Office, GAD, Near BajrangBhavan,Delhi Road, Rohtak. Last Date for submission of Tender is 26/06/2015 by 2.00PM. Tender for of Mobile Van Project.

-About us:- Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank a Govt of India undertaking, sponsored by Punjab National Bank is operating in the whole state of Haryana having 597 branches .

-Scope of the projects: The project is demonstration of Banking Technology and financial literacy in the area of operating of the Bank.

-It should have dedicated van on Board dummy ATM machine which is capable of excepting dummy cards and showing completed functionality of ATM. Interiors of the Bank should have Banners, Posters specifying the product , service, technology for common man.

-Technical Requirements:- Four wheeler TATA 407 chassis with Bank’s logo body with a capacity to accommodate on ATM Machine, demonstration space for an operator, One Micro ATM.

-Genset Battery and Air Conditioner 1.5 ton.

-Generator only light and fan.

-Fabrication of interior and exterior of the van alongwith ATM machine & one micro ATM.

-UPS 2KVA with six hours back up, CDMA modem with Booster, POS Machines.

-Router if required.

-Wincor Rear Loading CD Procash 2050weathersied.

-One Cabin for staff to distribute account opening forms and to literate the local people for ATM usage.

-Technical and Financial Bid detail separately for each component with specification should be submitted separately.

Financial Bid:- Commercial bids should be submitted for each component as per detail given below:-

  1. Cost of vehicle.
  2. Type of vehicle.
  3. Cost of Genset.
  4. Cost of Wincor Rear Loading CD Procash 2050 weathersied.
  5. Cost of Air Conditioner 1.5 ton.
  6. Fabrication Cost
  7. Cost of UPS 2KVA, 6 hours backup , CDMA modem with Booster, POS Machines.

General Instructions:-

  1. Technical bids should be submitted separately in sealed cover.
  2. 2.Commercial bids should be submitted separately.
  3. Technical bids be opened in presence of vendors.
  4. Technical bids with the evaluated and technical qualified bids then commercial bids will be evaluated.
  5. Bank reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids without assigning any reason thereof.
  6. No future correspondence will be entertain in this regard.

  • Vendors should have financial sound balance sheet, it means:-
  • Profit make entity since last 3 years
  • Turn over should have 2 Crore.
  • The firm should not have black listed bank from Govt/Statutory Agency of GOI/ Court etc.
