KNOCKOUT COMPETITIONS – $11 (inc GST) PER TEAM

Each school has the duty of care responsibility of their students participating in SAPSASA events. Please ensure DECD policies and procedures are followed.

Guidelines to nominating on-line and rules are contained in this folder and on the website.Late Entries Will Not Be Accepted.

Draws and specific sport rules will be on the website as soon as possible after the nomination due dates.

Planning needs to begin four to six weeks prior to the competition.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOMINATING ONLINE FOR SAPSASA KNOCKOUT COMPETITIONS

The ONLY way to nominate for any of the Knockout Competitions is online.

Each school must only fill in the nomination form once. Changes to nominations will only be accepted by email to the School Sport office –

When entering in the school details, you must select your school from the list. Start typing in your school name and the options will appear. If your school name is not on the list, please contact the School Sport Unit.

Schools must select a district.

Enrolments as of Week 1, Term 1 must be entered. These are the total number of students from Years 4 – 7.

For 2016 the schools with year 4-7 enrolments less than150 are eligible to compete in the small schools division. All single gender schools must compete in the large schools division.

The SAPSASA/Sport Coordinators name must be entered in.

A mobile or school phone number as well as an email address must be entered to submit the form.

To enter a competition, click the square box next to the sport(s).

Large/Small schools will be worked out from your enrolment numbers.

In the comments section, please enter any relevant information to developing the draws.

Once the form has been completed and the school agrees to the conditions, click the submit button. A thankyou screen will appear stating you will receive a confirmation within 2 working days.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered on the nomination form. This will show all the competitions entered as well as the total entry fee to be paid to SAPSASA – Primary School Sport.
