Santa’s adventure
Part 1 (The story is only in 2 parts because file was too big to upload in one go. You can tell the parts together) It can be told in the present or past depending on the ability of your students to retell it. It is designed to be retold by the students once they become familiar with the story.
Slide 1: Santa’s adventure
Slide 2: In the cold cold North Pole there is a snowy village. In the village lives Santa. He has got a lot of helpers.
They are called elves. He has got a lot of reindeer and he has got a sleigh.
Slide 3: It is one week to go before Christmas. Santa is very busy. Everyone is making toys.
Slide 4: Santa is tired. He goes to sleep.
Slide 5: Meanwhile in space there is a spaceship.
Slide 6: In the spaceship there is an alien. He looks at Planet Earth. “I don’t like Christmas” says the alien.
“I have got an idea!”
Slide 7: He makes a robot Santa.
Slide 8: “Ha, ha, ha. My robot Santa will scare all the children!” he says.
Slide 9: The robot Santa goes to Santa’s village.
Slide 10: The robot Santa kidnaps Santa.
Slide 11: He puts Santa on a sleigh.
Slide 12: The sleigh flies over the village.
Slide 13: The sleigh flies over the forest.
Slide 14: The sleigh flies over the town.
Part 2
Slide 2: The elves come. “Where is Santa? Oh no! A robot has got Santa. What can we do”
Slide 3: They find a sleigh.
Slide 4: They follow the robot Santa.
Slide 5: The robot Santa comes to a castle.
Slide 6: The robot Santa hides in the castle.
Slide 7: The elves find the castle.
Slide 8: The robot Santa goes to sleep.
Slide 9: The elves find Santa.
Slide 10: They rescue him.
Slide 11: They put the robot Santa in the bag.
Slide 12: Then they put the robot Santa in prison.
Slide 13: Santa and the elves deliver the presents to the boys and girls.
Slide 14: The end.
