You are receiving this email because you are guaranteed to receive at least one TA assignment offer for the 20XX/XX academic year. As per Article 16:06(5) of the CUPE 3902, Unit 1 Collective Agreement,I am writing to request confirmation of your intent to continuewithor decline yourTA appointment in 20XX/20XX.

You will need to login using your UTORid or JOINid and password. You must use this URL (above) as there is no path to get to the page.
Please indicate your intent to continue or decline by March XX, XXXX.
Once you login using your UTORid or JOINid, you will have three choices:
1. Continue in 20XX/XX and receive a teaching assistantship offer
2. Decline a teaching assistantship offer in 20XX/XX
3. Other(with an opportunity to provide some comments)
Please note:
1. Youmust be registered as a full-time student in September 20XX to take up the offer.
2. Wewill be using the information you provide for planning purposes only.Indicating that you will continue is not a guarantee that you will be offered the same assignment with the same supervisor.
3. Whenyou login, your email address will be displayed on the webpage in the "My Info" box.Please ensure that it is accurate. We will be sending you all messages pertaining to your TA assignment to that address. If you need to update it, kindly do so on ROSI and the information will automatically be updated on the website within 24 hours.
4. Asper Article 16:06(7) of the CUPE 3902, Unit 1 Collective Agreement, we are contractually obligated to provide you with anofferof a subsequent appointment. However, the provisions of Article 16:03 (Hiring Criteria) shall not apply to these subsequent appointment offers.
