Certificates, attendance sheet or other supporting documents for the said activities’ committee membership must be presented for items 2, 3, 4.

B. Any Basic Education Department faculty with an evaluation score of (S) Satisfactory or lower than (S) Satisfactory (3.50 and lower) is automatically disqualified from applying for Merit Re-Ranking.

C. Any Basic Education Department facultywho has completed his/her research and has successfully presented the research in the DLSAU Lecture Series regardless if the research is published internally or externally will receive (1) one bonus point, which will be added to the total score of the Basic Education Department faculty.

D. Effectivity of the Salary adjustment due to Merit Re-Ranking is at the start of the School Year 2016-2017.

E. Lasallian Partner Awardee (except Perfect Attendance and Longevity/Service Awardees will also merit 1 bonus point.

F. Merit System

1.Those garnering a total of 18 to 20 points will be entitled to a pay adjustment by (2) two levelsto the right.

2.Those garnering a total of 14 to 17 points will be entitled to a pay adjustment by (1) one level to the right.

3.Those garnering a total of 10 to 13 points will be entitled to a one-time bonus of 7.5% of his/her monthly salary.
