TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING

ACCOUNTS & PAYMENTS

Account customers are by prior arrangement only. Payment is strictly 7 daysfollowing the end of themonth in which the goods were delivered. Payments must be made by BACS at least 2 days before the due date;(See below for account details) we reserve the right to charge interest at 8% above Barclays Bank base rate after exceeded terms.

All new accounts will have an initial credit limit of £500.00. If this is exceeded the account will be put on hold until corrected.

Any invoices that remain outstanding after our agreed credit period shall entitle SALLY CLARKE BAKERY LTD to withdraw all credit facilities granted to that customer and require immediate payment of all outstanding invoices due from then, including any in respect of which the relevant credit period has not yet expired.

ORDERING

Should you need to place, amend or cancel an order once your account has been set up, this must be done by telephoning (020 7042 7987) or e-mailing the office () before 2pm on the business day before the order. Orders for the Saturday, Sunday & Monday must be placed on the Friday preceding the weekend by 2pm.

DELIVERY

Delivery is free within central London subject to aweekly minimum order of £ 210.00.(i.e. a minimum daily order of £30.00 for 7 deliveries a week).For deliveries we require access to a secure place to leave the delivery. SCB will not be held liable for any deliveries that are left in an unsecured location. Ideally we would require a set of keys for easy access to the premises.

CLAIMS

Goods should be inspected on arrival and any damage or shortfall reported to the driver immediately. If it is impractical to examine the goods at this time, we must be informed of damage or shortfall within eight hours of delivery and damaged goods must be retained for inspection and returned to the driver. Credit notes will be issued based either on receipt of the damaged goods or emailed photos of the damaged goods.

BREAD

All Bread items purchased from Sally Clarke Bakery Ltd for retail purposes must be sold on the day of purchase and not held over for sale on the following day.
