Position Description

This role will be running the Ask and Analyst function on our Knowledge Centre and will involve:

  • Ensuring all clients receive a response within 24-48 hours
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly enquiry reports and adhoc when needed
  • Field and respond to client service calls
  • Facilitate effective communication between sales and R&A teams
  • Ongoing development of the AAAHelpdesk
  • Any other adhoc tasks that would be responsibly expected of you

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Good verbal and written communicator
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook type packages
  • Familiar with CRM packages and clear understanding of the importance of CRM upkeep
  • Well organised individual with good telephone manner
  • Team player, good under pressure
  • Problem solving, positive attitude and a service oriented mentality
  • Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently
