We are looking for a Sales/Client Services Assistant for our Holt, Michigan corporate office to support our Sales and Marketing team and the Client Services Department. Selected candidate will support our Sales and Marketing staff byproviding information, answering questions, and researching situations/products to provide effective customer service; preparing sales quotes; updating and distributing fee schedules for clients; assisting in the design and preparation of mailers, brochures, etc.; updating company social media sites and client information in a database; and maintaining marketing materials and replenishing inventory as needed. Major responsibilities for supporting our Client Services staff include: answering incoming calls;handling customer requests by telephone or email;reviewing data; preparing and disbursingsample data results; performing percent moisture tasks; preparing methanol kits; andoccasionally driving to a client’s site to pick up samples.

  • Must be a team player and have a desire to help others
  • Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and have a high degree of accuracy and follow through
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to talk, listen, and help resolve conflicts
  • Confident answering a multi-line phone system
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to navigate, get files, open files, and review data with accuracy
  • Graphics software skills, InDesign experience, prior database experience – all helpful
  • Experience working with multiple projects and collaborating with diverse resources to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
