Department: Client Onboarding / Reports to: Customer Contact Centre Team Leader
Purpose of the Role
To welcome new customers, clients and brokers to GPL through delivery of our onboarding programme inline with our Customer Experience strategy.
To increase direct revenue streams by converting quotes to instructions and increase existing revenue streams by managing broker relationships.
To contribute to the delivery of the GPL digital strategy by endorsing the benefits of G:PortL and its use through Welcome calls thereby contributing to the reduction in operating costs.
Key Accountabilities
·  Providing quotes through GPL’s “Quote Me” system and via the telephone
·  Converting quotes to instructions
·  Conducting Welcome Calls for all remortgage customers and clients
·  Managing Welcome email responses
·  Conducting Broker feedback calls
·  Assist with marketing activity
·  Daily use of CRM HubSpot and Portal Manager
·  Training new members of the Client Onboarding Team
Quantitative Information
·  Increase of broker referral business
·  Increased uptake of G:PortL as communications choice
·  High conversion percentage of quote to instruction
·  Use of data and systems to produce accurate reporting
