TOWN OF SALEM ANNUAL ELECTORS' MEETING

MEETING AGENDA

TUESDAY, April 12, 20117 P.M.

SALEM TOWN HALL

9814 ANTIOCH ROAD, SALEM, WI 53168

There will be NO BOARD ACTION at this meeting. This is the meeting of the electors of the town, an annual meeting wherequalified electors of the town may present information and ask for considerations of the board and make motions and take a vote on those motions. All subsequent actions to voting results will be subject to State Statutes and may be considered advisory only.

At this meeting, it should be noted that Board Members are electors. Each supervisor has a voice but their voice is of the same importance as the voice of any elector in attendance. For convenience, during the meeting, the Town Board may sit at their normal Supervisorposition in the Board room. The meeting is open to all citizens but only qualified electors will be allowed to vote.

Also note, there is no requirement for an official agenda at the Electors' meeting. The agenda that follows was created for convenience of the electors as a guide for the meeting. There could be other items brought forth by the electors or by representatives of the town for a vote and possible implementation. There could be a multitude of electors introducing a multitude of issues and requests - all without the benefit of an agenda entry. But, again, any item voted upon could be treated as advisory only items if not covered specifically by the state statutes.

The chair of the meeting is an elector. There are specific protocols regarding this role which can be found in the state statutes - Section 60.
