Monday, October 23rd, 2017 Red Ribbon Awareness Day & Team Up Against Drugs
· 8:00am Morning Assembly (Grotto)
· Wear St. Anne Spirit Shirt to team up against drugs, alcohol, & tobacco
· Why we celebrate Red Ribbon Week & the Hero behind it.
· Tying of Red Ribbons on the Grotto praying to stop drug abuse
· Classroom Slogan Contest
· Judging of Red Ribbon Door Decorating Contest after assembly
· Signing of “We’re Drug Free” banner at recess (On the outside window of the Campbell Center )
· Afternoon assembly – Officer Reed 1:30pm PS – 4th Grade & 2:05 5th – 8th Grade
· “I Promise to be Drug-Free!” Red Wrist Band Pledge @ assembly
Tuesday, October 24th, 2017 Voting for My Future to be Drug Free
· Red, White, & Blue Relaxed Dress taking an oath to be Drug Free
· “Hugs not Drugs” Bring a stuffed animal
· Dancing Against Drugs @ 1st Recess
· Signing Poster Better Things to Do, at 2nd Recess
Wednesday, October 25th, 2017 I Believe in Me from My Head to My Toe
· “Turn Your Back on Drugs” wear your uniform backwards or inside out
· “Sock Out Drugs” wear crazy socks
· “Lei Off Drugs” wear lei
· “Hats Off to Drugs to Me” wear a hat
· “Tie Down Drugs” wear a red tie and/or red hair ties
· “Stomp Out Drugs” wear red shoes and/or red shoe laces
· “Sweat Off Drugs” wear a red sweater or sweatshirt
· Red Item Sale @ Recess
Thursday, October 26th, 2017 You Don’t Have to Be a Jean-ius to Be Drug Free
· Wear Jeans and a red shirt
· Spirit Contest “We’re Drug Free, Can’t You See!” “We’re Drug Free, Can You Be?” first recess
· Drug Free Volleyball at lunch recess
Friday, October 27th, 2017 Day of Prayer Against Drugs & Those That Are Affected by Drugs, Alcohol, & Tobacco
· Say positives things to at least 3 people
· Pray for a family member, friend, love one & the community who are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, and/or tobacco
· Write a prayer request for someone who needs our prayers at 1st recess
· Write a note I am Thankful for . . . for the thankful poster
