Volunteers needed:

Sail Parry Sound is a not-for-profit organization managed entirely by volunteers. As a member of SPS you are asked to volunteer to assist in all activities. Many skills are required, and most can be offered from the comfort of your home. Volunteers are always needed at the sailing school in July and August. Contact to be placed on the roster for half a day. Currently, we need skills and experience with boat and rigging maintenance, list processing, media relations, fundraising, regatta management, tourism operation and hospitality and property maintenance. Waiver and Signature: In consequence of being a member and taking part in the activities of Sail Parry Sound, Inc (SPS), an activity that involves physical risks, members assume the risk of participation and agree to waive any and all claims that they, their family members, their executors, legal representatives, heirs, successors and assignees may have against SPS, its committees or Officers for accidents, injury or death arising from participation. They also indemnify each of the above against any claim arising from participation by their guests, not herein named, in SPS events or at the SPS site.
