Dear colleague,

Dates for the Spring Term 2018 Safeguarding Forums for schools are now available – details are below and an agenda will be forwarded to you nearer the time.

In order to book a place, you must complete this application form – please do not just turn up as you may not be given a place on the day due to high demand. Please highlight on the table below which session you wish to attend and include your school, name and job title. Forms should be returned to: .

It will obviously be beneficial if you can attend your local session. However, if you are unable to do so and wish to book a place elsewhere, you are welcome to do so.

*Primary school headteachers, please note, that these safeguarding forum meetings are taking place in the same venue as the EPHA termly area headteacher meetings in the morning. As you know, there is no need to book a place at the EPHA meeting but , if you plan to attend the safeguarding forum, please complete an application form. This is to ensure we have sufficient places and refreshments for everyone who wants to attend.
