S5 School Picnic: Ocean Park
In order to cultivate friendship and a spirit of cooperation among students and at the same time let them realize the importance of social life, our school is going to organize a school picnic for students on 1st November 2012 (Thursday). On the trip, students will be accompanied and supervised by our teachers. The details of the trip are as follows:
Picnic Destination: / Ocean ParkMeeting Time: / 9:45 a.m.
Gathering Venue: / Outside the Main Entrance to Ocean Park
(Students go to Ocean Park by themselves)
Dismissal Time: / 3:30 p.m.
Dismissal Venue: / Inside the Ocean Park at the Main Entrance
Transportation Fee: / Prepared by students
Lunch: / Prepared by students
Admission Fee: / $80 (The above amount will be deducted from your daughter’s PPS account.)
* Students who have financial difficulties can apply for the “Jockey Club Life-wide Learning Fund” / “School-based After-school Learning and Support Programme”. Application forms can be obtained from the School Office.
Dress Code: / Summer P.E. T-shirt or Class T-shirt, sports trousers/long blue trousers & sports shoes. In case of cold weather, students can wear plain long-sleeved woolen sweater or wind breaker.

Important Reminders: / 1. Students must arrive at the appointed place on time.
2. Latecomers or those who have got permission to be absent from the school picnic still have to return to school in the morning for self-study until 3:30 p.m.
3. Application letters for casual leave must reach the class teacher and then the Discipline Department 3 days in advance.
4. Sick leave must be supported by a medical certificate.
5. Fees will not be refunded to latecomers or students who take casual/sick leave.
