b.Discussed timeline with Professor Mittleman. Final class is on 6/6/10, so the proposed timeline will not work. Professor will review this and send out an update before the next class.

c.Anthony will combine feedback and return to the team for final review and posting.

d.Team should review the book quality discussion posted by Laura on 4/22.

  1. Areas to focus on in chapter outline

a.General grammar and content clean-up needed

b.Based on feedback from Professor Mittleman the general structure of the chapter looks good, so no major reconstruction is needed.

c.Structure needs some tweaking…seems to jump around a lot from topic to topic. Outline should help with this.

d.Need to add a little more substance around risk.

e.Shuang mentioned we need to look at adding reference to lifecycle.

f.Jennifer mentioned we need to focus on adding groupware context. Not clear the chapter relates to groupware.
