DearRecruiting Team:

You are invited to a unique fair to recruit from the best, brightest and diverse engineering candidate pool. The Rutgers University Chapters of the Society of Hispanic Engineering (SHE). The Society of Women Engineering, and the Minority Engineering Educational Task (MEET) are hosting the 28th Annual SHE-SWE-MEET Engineering and Computer Science Career Fair. This job fair is an excellent opportunity for you to network with outstanding graduate/undergraduate students. Rutgers University offers candidates with various backgrounds, talents and extensive majors. Moreover, Rutgers’ reputation precedes itself in Computer Science and Engineering industries.

Though Rutgers University sponsors many career fairs, the SHE-SWE-MEET Engineering and Computer Science Fair has been a success with both students and corporations. We believe this event will greatly benefit your recruiting objectives. In recent years, the Career Fair has drawn attention of more than 50% of the engineering and computer science student population, making it the most popular student-run event in the College of Engineering. By attending our Career Fair you will be able to make primary contacts with qualified and much sought after women, bilinguals, and minority Engineers and Computer Science majors. This career fair presents a much-needed channel for your company to recruit fine, talented students to fill various job/internship opportunities.

The career Fair will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in the Busch Campus Center at Rutgers University in Piscataway, New Jersey. The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end promptly at 3:30 p.m. Directly preceding the event will be a Welcoming Reception and Breakfast with SHE, SWE and MEET members from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. at the same location. Please be aware that the first hour of the career fair will be exclusive to SHE, SWE and MEET members.

There will be two levels of sponsorship, Silver and Gold at the Career Fair. Silver Sponsorship includes a password protected zip-file résumé folder located on our website from all the coordinating organizations two weeks prior to the event, a welcoming reception and breakfast, refreshments throughout the day,and a relaxed luncheon with an option of adding a 25 minute information session at an additional cost. A Gold Sponsorship incorporates all the benefits of a Silver Sponsorship as well as publicity in all University advertisements, a full page ad in the Career Fair packet distributed to all students, twice as much display space, a 45 minute information session, and your own private interview room. Kindly note your financial contribution will directly support the professional development of our student organizations and its members.
