Rules for students’eligibility to the Intensive Programme fellowship

To be eligible for the student IP fellowship (318 € for board and lodging + up to 450 € for travel):

-  To be enrolled in a regular educational program (Bachelor, Master, PhD) of the Partner Institution (University of Paris Sud XI, INSTN, University of Crete, Abert-Ludwigs-Universitat Freiburg im Breisgau, Technische Universität München, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Erasmus MC Rotterdam, Karolinska Institutet, University of Lyon 1, Universitat de Santiago de Compostela)

-  Participate to all the 10 working-related days (from 23/9/2013 to 27/9/2013 and from 30/9/2013 to 4/10/2013)

-  The arrival date must be between 21-22 September 2013, and the departure date must be between 5-6 October 2013

-  Travel expenses are covered up to 450 € from the city of the “home institution” to the place of the IP (Torino), covering airplane, bus and shuttle transportations.

-  Maximum paid travelling costs have been approved as follows:

From France to Italy: 400 €

From Belgium to Italy: 400 €

From Germany to Italy: 400 €

From The Netherland to Italy: 450 €

From Spain to Italy: 400 €

From Greece to Italy: 450 €

From Sweden to Italy: 450 €

-  Local transportation travel expenses and taxi receipts will be paid only after presentation of a signed declaration and will be covered by the board and lodging expenses and not under travel expenses.

-  Original boarding passes / tickets / receipts must be sent back to the Coordinator (dr. Dario Longo) for the reimbursement of travel expenses. After come back at home, before sending the original ticket / boarding pass / receipts by regular mail, please send a pdf copy of it.
