RULES FOR COOKING GRILLS USAGE AND STORAGE

·  Grill cooking is allowed at Greenwood. Because of Greenwood’s garden style structures, all grill cooking must be at least 25 feet from any building. Abuse of this rule will result in fines of $50.00 per day after one warning.

·  Please tag your grill with your name and unit number.

·  At Greenwood, gas, charcoal, electric grills or hibachis cannot be used or stored on the patios or on balconies.

·  After each use, all grills must be stored in your carport or on the grassy area surrounding the pool.

·  Those using charcoal as a cooking fuel must dispose of the used briquettes in the red galvanized pails provided.

·  As of November 1st each year, cooking grills must be removed from the common areas and stored in the carport or inside the swimming pool enclosure. Once stored in the pool enclosure, they cannot be accessed until April 1st.

·  Those wishing to utilize their grills after November 1st, other than those stored in the swimming pool enclosed area, may do so but must return the grill to carport storage after each use.

·  Grills left on the common area grounds after November 1st, will be removed and stored inside the swimming pool enclosure by the maintenance department. To reclaim your grill, there will be a charge of $50 assessed.
