pet brand, launches its new website to appeal to a growing international customer base.

Sydney 28th April 2016: Recently inducted into the prestigious Australian Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame, Rufus &Coco CEO Anneke van den Broek returned from the Global Pet Expo in Florida, USA enthusiastic about the company’s future.

Established in 2008 by Sydney residentAnneke van den Broek, Australian pet brand Rufus &Coco has grown from five to over one hundred SKUs and received a plethora of awards for product innovation and excellence.

Rufus &Coco is currently sold online and in major retail giants Woolworths, Coles, IGA, pet speciality stores and vets across Australia.

With an existing presence also in export markets including New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong, Rufus &Coco is now set for a major expansion into North America.

Newly appointed director for North America, Tim Ronan says that Rufus &Coco will fill a gap in the market with a number of new products and pet accessories including grooming tools, vitamins, toys, collars, leads, harnesses and bedding.

“I am particularly excited about the introduction of our brand new designer pet pods and our Wee Kitty Clumping Corn LItter.”said Tim Ronan.

“We listened to our customers who had been asking us about functional bedding for some time and our design team came up with a beautiful pet pod range that is easy to clean and suitable for travel.”he said.

"It took us nearly two years to develop Wee Kitty Clumping CornLitter. As the name suggests, it ismade from natural corn. It's economical, biodegradable and flushable. Independent lab tests showed that it outperformed leading brands from across the world.”he added.

Anneke van den Broek, founder of the brand, says innovation is core at Rufus &Coco.
