Classroom Rules

·  Enter quietly and sit in your assigned seat. Begin the “On Your Own” assignment listed on the board.

·  Stay in your seat, and type on the keyboard only when working on an assignment.

·  Workstation must be cleaned and materials returned to proper places before being dismissed.

·  The Internet is to be used only when given a specific assignment. Do not get on any Internet Website unless the teacher has given you permission. See appropriate use policy in your student handbook.

·  You are to go to the bathroom before/after class. If an emergency arises, you may ask the teacher for permission to go to the restroom.

Class Make-up Lesson Procedures

1.  If you are absent, the first day that you return to class, you must check our class Website for your make-up assignment(s). These assignments must be completed within one week of your return date.

2.  If you need any help with the assignment, please see me or one of your classmates.

Consequences for Misbehavior

1st - Redirection – Teacher’s Discretion

2nd - Preferential seating w/ parent contact

3rd - Alternative learning environment w/ parent contact

4th - Office referral w/ parent contact

Grading Policy

Grades based on summative tests, quizzes, and project rubric results of assignments using CCGPS all weighed equally. Formative assessment is for student/parent information only and not used in grade calculation.
