Uniform/Equipment:
- RTG black RTG T-shirt, black shorts or leggings and trainers
- Hair tied back and natural make up
- Please think about what you are carrying your personal items in - do not turn up with lots of plastic bags. You must look professional at all times.

Please read this email carefully and always reply back to us to notify that you have understood all the details.
ARRIVE CALM = PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. This is to allow time to set up, build a good relationship with the client and prepare for the event.

If you are driving always check the parking well in advance and ensure you have change forparking tickets. It’s not recommended to travel into central London in peak times
AVOID ATENESS AT ALL COSTS - ARRIVE EARLY
In case of lateness please contact RTG immediately and ask for Bianca or Amanda (0845 337 4933) – as far in advance as possible. Lateness for any corporate booking is highly unprofessional and to be avoided at all costs.
Once you have arrived make sure that you’re work-station is set up and that you have not cluttered your space with your own bags/coats.
