RTB House Strengthens Management Team by Regional Directors

RTB House, techcompanythatspecializesin online personalization strategies and Real-Time Bidding (RTB), strengthensitsglobalinitiatives by nominatingthree regional commercial directors. From July 2014, Omer Aras, Vladimir Houba and Pawel Mazurek willassume the director position for their respective regions.

Omer Aras, as a regional commercial director, will be responsible for the strategic management of sales departments in Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and Turkey. He hasbeen with RTB House for over a year, and hasgrown the company’s development of sales and partnerships in Turkey. His professionalbackgroundincludesadvertisingat zanox and TNISystems.

Vladimir Houba will coordinate all business activity of RTB House in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Vladimir worked for many years in the research company Gemius, where he progressed through local sales and managerial positions before taking over the responsibility for business development in the selected countries of the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

PawelMazurek will manage sales operations for RTB House on the Commonwealth of Independent States territory with special focus on Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. He has been responsible for strategic business planning and sales activities in CIS and CEEfor international companiessuch as Gemius and Goldbach Media.

Maciek Mikołajczak, business development director CEE, says that “The new structure results from the dynamic development of RTB House in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe. Across the region, the company sales force already has dozens of people, and the new directors reflect our heightened support for these regions.” He also notes that “new products and challenges are associated with various markets.
