Finish line at North Garden

Loop 2.5 times
Details: Race Bib pickup 8:00 am, Prayer 8:45 am, Run 9:00 am
Water station and First Aid available on site
All runners/walkers receive a race bib and a finisher’s medal

Cost: $55 + you provide your own promotional material
Package BAll of package A, plus your name on our official race day signage!
Cost: $110 + you provide your own promotional material. Please ensure your sponsorship request is in by Monday, May 29thto ensure enough time to send your name and or logo to our printers.
Sponsorship requests may be made via email . If choosing package B, please include your desired name or logo to appear on signage. You will be emailed an invoice, payment may be sent to St. Alphonsus Parish 341 Munroe Ave. (after-hours mail slot available)
Your sponsorship will help offset the cost of race bibs, signage, and participant medals. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
Volunteers:We need volunteers of all ages and abilities!
Water station attendees (sitting, pouring water)
Sign in table attendees (sitting, signing in, and handing out race materials and sponsorship promotional items)
Breakfast attendees (standing, setting up breakfast area and serving)
Take down crew (standing/ labor tearing down balloons, signage, tables etc.)
Certified first aiders (standing/walking)
Miscellaneous as needed (your flexibility and quick thinking skills are invaluable!)

- Fill out this form and hand it in with payment to the parish office.
- Place in an envelope marked “Run for Refugees Registration” and use our after-hours mail slot located at the Munroe office entrance or place it in the collection basket at church.
- Hand in at St. Alphonsus school office.
- Scan and email
Late registrations will be accepted up to and on the event date, however as a late registrant you may not receive a finisher’s medal depending on number of registrants so please register early!
