APPLICATION FOR GRANT-IN-AID
The Rottweiler Rescue Foundation Grant Program is established for the purpose of supporting groups that are actively involved in rescuing Rottweilers. Grants provided under this program shall be used to rescue Rottweilers and to provide veterinary care for rescued Rottweilers.
Any group or individual that is actively involved in rescuing Rottweilers is eligible to apply for a Rottweiler Rescue Foundation Grant. All those applying must have a specific rescue policy established and adhered to, which includes a statement that all dogs are spayed/neutered before adoption (unless a medical condition exists to prevent such surgery), and a statement that any dog with an unacceptable temperament will not be placed.

The Rottweiler Rescue Foundation requests this data for purposes of making random verification checks of information provided and to fulfill reasonable responsibility in examining the organizations or individuals to which funds will be granted. The data will remain completely confidential and will not be used for any purpose or released to any other organization without permission from the group or individual who has provided the information. No attempt to solicit funds from named adopters or fosters will be made.

If you do not have a Financial Statement, please list your income and expenses for the previous six months on a separate sheet of paper, with veterinary care in reasonable detail.

In making this application, we understand and agree that any monies received shall be used to rescue Rottweilers and to provide veterinary care for rescued Rottweilers. We also understand and agree that at no time shall any rescue effort be undertaken in the name of the Rottweiler Rescue Foundation or in the name of any Supporting Club. Failure to abide by these conditions will forfeit the right to apply for a future grant. We understand that applications not received by September 15, 2014 will not be considered for grants.
