Members of the The Rotary Club of Des Moines will select outstanding educators at the elementary, middle, and high school levels; notify winners; and award prizes at a special luncheon on Thursday, April 20th, 2017. An honorarium of $1000 will be awarded to each of the selected Outstanding Educators for personal use or to designate to their favorite cause. The Rotary Club of Des Moines will also provide traveling plaques, engraved with each winner’s name, for display in their schools.
