Invitations / Rhondda emailed an invitation to all Rotarians in 9455 & sent email to Phil Cordery re notice in Rotary Out West
Invited guests / Tour leaders / Bruce has 28 Elders on list of possible invitees & he has contacted 22. So far 15 have said they will attend.
Could have maximum of 20 guests

Publicity about Rotary & projects / Standard flyers can be sourced from office in Parramatta
Handout re FASD – Louise Hancock will bring these

Check if SW Land & Sea Council have any brochures
All brochures will be given out at end of breakfast
