Roses in Review 2012

In the past I have suggested that reporters do the paper report and mail it to me since some online reports got lost somehow. Over the past 2 years the central coordinators at the A.R.S. have improved the program that collects and averages all the reports. In fact, I and all the other district coordinators, no longer have to do the averaging for their district. Therefore, I am now asking everyone to do their reports online. It is very easy. I took this years paper reports and just added them to the online reports and I received the averages from the A.R.S. Below are the averages for the Yankee District for the Garden and Exhibition ratings.
