TO GIFTS IN KIND INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Partner of Troutman Sanders LLP Will Advise
Both the Organization’s Board and Senior Staff

August 15, 2006–Gifts In Kind International, the seventh-largest charity in the United States and the world leader in new product philanthropy, announced that Roscoe C. Howard, Jr., a partner of Troutman Sanders LLP, has been elected as the pro bono legal counsel to the organization’s Board of Directors.
