Please support your child’s efforts in the Read-A-Thon by making a donation to Rosa Parks PTSA. PTSAdonations bring enrichment programs to Rosa Parksincluding IXL, Math Adventures, Art Smart and classroom enrichment experiences like Toy Maker and Peter Donaldson!
Your child will receive a certificate and bookmark if you sign and return the form below, along with your donation, to your child’s teacher by Monday, March 21st. In addition, 12 students will get the opportunity to take a limo ride with Mrs. Bilanko to get a special frozen yogurt treat! The student who reads the most minutes over the 14 days of the Read-a-Thon and the student who collects the most in donations from each grade (12 total students) will be invited to participate in the limo ride experience in late March. The class with the most read minutes and most in donations will receive a popsicle or popcorn party, as well. Winners will be announced on Friday, March 25th.
Asking other family members and family friends to pledge support is a great idea and you can track their pledges on the back of this page. Any amount of pledge/donation is welcome;however a standard suggestion is $0.25 per minute read for younger grades and $0.10 for older grades.
Please make checks payable to Rosa Parks PTSA. Thank you for supporting your child’s school.
Remember that any donation can be matched through companies that have a matching gifts program, like Microsoft.
