Room Rental Policy

Your payment is non refundable.

The rental charge is payable in full on or before thirty (30) days

prior to your reservation date. Payment may be made with cash,

personal check (no checks accepted within 30 days of reservation

date), or credit card (all major credit cards are accepted).

Reservations, Refund and Cancellation Policies:

The first day’s lodging rental plus tax is required as an initial

payment.

The initial payment is applied toward your rental and the full rental

charge is due 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds of your rental charge

will not be given in the event of cancellation or early termination;

however, credit may be given for the use in the Off Season (before

Memorial Day and after Labor Day) depending upon availability and has

to be used toward same like and kind of original reservation or

upgrades only. You may also apply this rental charge to another

season, provided you are willing to pay the difference, if any, in the

in-season rate; depending upon availability. The expiration date for

such credit is one year from date of your notice of cancellation.

NO PETS PERMITTED except in designated rooms and is subject to a Pet

Fee of $25 for the first 2 nights (2 night minimum), $10 for each additional night up to $40, and a Pet Damage Deposit of $200 per pet.
