Call to Order: 8:11PM

ROLL CALL: CLUBS NOT PRESENT: FC Revolution, Governor Mifflin, Hamburg, Pottsgrove,

Schuylkill County, Wilson

LAST MEETING MINUTES: Presented and approved. 1ST: Reading 2ND: Wyomissing

PRESIDENT: Chair for nominating committee for elections is Mike Biggerstaff from Twin Valley. A club has used RBJSL coaches list to announce a fundraiser. Use of coach’s lists for this reason is not acceptable. May only be used to reach other clubs with info that would benefit ALL clubs. Ex: Tournaments. We will be playing 9v9 this summer season. Looking into switch to 7v7, more information is needed. Spring Season starts this weekend: Topton fields are not ready.

TREASURER: SEE FINANCIAL REPORT: There are 212 teams this Spring Season. Registration payments from clubs have been received. There still will be additional income from changes through March 23. Most expenses will be paid in March.

.1ST: Wyomissing 2ND: Reading.

1ST V.P.: For Spring if there is no referee present at your game, the home team coach is to submit

a game report.

2ND V.P: The U11 Girls T3 schedule has been redone due to a team (PGR) dropping out. Club Officers Meeting was held on February 28 and the Spring Schedule handed out. Looking for input on keeping format the same for Fall?? Spring Schedule will be posted online. 9v9 registration is due back by April 9. Information will be sent out using the online system through the website. All league fees must be paid to receive schedule. 9v9 plays Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Starts week of May 17 and ends June 26.

REGISTRAR: (Not present) Explained International player clearance. All spring changes go to Denise.

COACHES REP.: Present No report.

STATISTICIAN: Not Present. Report scores to for Spring season. Home teams only are to report scores.

DISTRICT VII REP: : At EPYSA General Meeting it was announced that the only increase in cost would be the travel player registration fee from $7.50 to $8.50 effective Fall 2008. Discussion on redistricting currently tabled. EPYSA will possibly run quarterly board meetings in order to maintain a quorum. EPYSA is moving Summer camps from Kutztown to Immaculata College.

REFEREE LIASION:Discussion on cards and rosters at games. Coaches are to have 2 copies, one for opposing coach and another for referee, in addition to the game card. There are 28 new referees that will be mentored. If a coach questions a call, do not approach ref after the game send in a report.
