Four Lakes Rail Terminal Warehouseman

Highline Grain, LLC is currently seeking candidates for warehouseman at our new shuttle terminal facility located near Four Lakes, WA. This facility is currently under construction and is scheduled to be fully operational in January of 2016.

Warehouseman for the facility will perform a wide range of duties to facilitate the safe and efficient receiving, storage and shipment of grain through the facility.

Warehousemen will perform the necessary production duties required to operate the facilities which include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive and ship grain by rail and by truck,
  • properly bin inbound grain and outbound grain to meet facility goals and customer specifications.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.
  • Maintain thegeneral appearance of the facility.
  • Monitor equipment to ensure it's in good working order,
  • participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment.
  • Be an involved/engaged member of a team and be willing to act and think independently

Qualifications

Preferred

  • Experience with operation of PLC controlled equipment.
  • Experience with railcar loading and unload operations.

Required

  • Two years of grain operations experience.
  • Must be able and willing to work from heights (i.e. ladders, catwalks, etc.).
  • Must be able and willing to work both indoor and outdoor and in a dusty environment.
  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy labor while wearing a dust and mist respirator.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Able to work nights and weekends as needed.

The wage range for this position will be commensurate with industry standards and will be negotiated based on the experience and training of the successful candidate.
