Demonstrator application
The Rogersville Heritage Association is currently accepting applications from demonstrators for the 37th Annual Heritage Days, October 14 and 15, 2016. The application process is open to any artist or craft artist willing to demonstrate his or her craft that is relevant to the heritage and culture of our region.
If possible and appropriate, demonstrators are asked to dress in costume representing the historical period of the art or craft demonstrated.
Demonstrators selling their craft will not be paid a fee other than the proceeds of their sells. Selected demonstrators who do not sell their craft items will be paid a fee of $200.00 for the two day event; selection will be made by the RHA committee. If you would like to participate, please complete the form below and return it to the address above. Please provide photographs of your craft and a brief biography/story of your demonstration/craft for use in our celebration Guide Book. A photograph of a previous demonstration would be beneficial as well. ** See second page bio/photo form**

Tax: if you sell you must collect and pay Tennessee Sales Tax of 9.75%. you will be provided with a tax form to return to the TN Department of Revenue.

Release of liability
I/we, the undersigned, do hereby waive and release all claims against the sponsors of Heritage Days and/or the Town of Rogersville from any and all damages, loss or cost to any person or property resulting either directly or indirectly from the use of said premises and/or from the exercise of the privileges granted by this permit and shall hold harmless the sponsors from any and all claims resulting there from. I/we also agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Rogersville Heritage Association/ Heritage Days and Hawkins County, Tennessee Health Department.
