Performs a general quality control function. Develops and supervises the development of online teaching materials and advanced placement examinations. Assists the BSBA Program Director, Dean, and other University officers with special projects, as directed.

Research Project Coordinator / Analyst:
• Helped gain access to a major military installation, leading to a grant from the U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI) for a three-year program of basic research.
• Organized and managed a large set of data collected in four waves over nine months, and consisting of responses by 200 subjects to over 600 items.
• Performed extensive analyses of project data using SPSS in a mainframe environment (IBM-CMS).
• Participated in writing the grant proposal, compiling quarterly and annual project reports, and preparing presentations for the ARI program sponsor.
• Co-authored one first-tier paper and three presentations based on project data.
Aviation Test Project Officer / Test Pilot:
• Wrote test plans, interim reports, and final technical reports for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command.
• Organized materiel and personnel resources, and directed flight test programs.
• Made presentations to general officers and Cabinet-rank civilians concerning the operational characteristics of aircraft and aircraft systems.
• As an experimental test pilot, collected flight data and provided expert evaluations of aircraft performance, flying qualities, mission suitability, and safety.
Other Experience:
COURSE COORDINATOR, INTERACTIVE MBA PROGRAM, CityUniversity of Hong Kong (8/99 to 6/04). Responsible for coordinating lectures, tutorials and examinations for the Interactive Management and Organizational Behavior Course, a module of the CityUniversity iMBA Program. This program, utilizing interactive TV and internet conferencing, was the first program of its type in Hong Kong.
RESEARCH COORDINATOR, Department of Mangement, CityUniversity of Hong Kong (6/96 to 5/97). Responsible for scheduling research seminars and guest lectures, facilitating and encouraging faculty research, assisting faculty members in obtaining research support, and preparing faculty research results for publication.
COURSE LEADER, CityUniversity of Hong Kong (6/95 to 7/96). Responsible for overall coordination and control of a three-year program leading to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies. Provided a point of contact between the University Administration and over 500 full-time and part-time students.
