AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION OF
WINDSOR MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
OF
BRENTWOOD, NEW HAMPSHIRE
NOW COMES, Windsor Meadows Condominium Association, with a usual place of business in Brentwood, New Hampshire, and pursuant to the authority granted to the Unit Owners pursuant to Article XI of the Declaration of the Windsor Meadows Condominium Association, Article VIII of the Windsor Meadows Bylaws, and by the New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 356-B (the Condominium Act), hereby amend said Declaration and Bylaws, recorded in the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds beginning at Book 3506, Page 2311 as follows:
Delete Article VII, Paragraph 13 of the Declaration in its entirety and replace it with the following language:
13.The Board of Directors shall work with the Town of Brentwood to ensure the Town of Brentwood in a place, manner and method to be determined by the Town of Brentwood provides garbage collection.
Delete the phrase “garbage collection,” from Article I, Paragraph D (1) of the Bylaws.
These amendments to the Declaration and Bylaws were executed this 5th day of December 2004 by:

I, Leanna Moynihan, Clerk of the Windsor Meadows Condominium Association, do hereby certify that the above Declaration Amendment was approved by majority vote of those unit owner attending the Windsor Meadows Condominium Association Meeting on December 5, 2004, and that said vote complied with the requirements of the Condominium Act (RSA 356-B) required for amending the condominium instruments.
