Rockbrook Village®Craft Shows

Our craft shows are sponsored by the Rockbrook Village® Merchants’ Association. Our jury is looking for experienced, professional crafters whose merchandise is a notch above that found in most craft shows. We also welcome new crafters who have created a fresh or innovative product. All merchandise must be hand-made and sold by the applicant.

Please indicate on your application if you have a general location preference (on the street, on an edge, or in the middle), or if you want electricity. If you generally like where you have been before, tell us that too.

For the benefit of crafters and customers, the Rockbrook Village® Merchants’ Association is limiting the number of crafters within categories. Quality photos of your merchandise AND your display are essential.

(a)Booth fee is $80.00.

(b)At least two photos of yourdisplay and your merchandisemust be included. These will be returned. The better the image, the better your chances of getting accepted. Please,no CDs or web addresses for images.

(c)All crafts submitted and sold must be the creation of the applicant who must be at the show. Absolutely no resale items are allowed. We ask artisans in each category to help ‘police’ this.

(d)Only one crafter is allowed per booth.

(e)A complete application includes check, photos, and aself-addressedA9 envelope(8.5x5.5)with atleast 78¢ postage. A legal-sized envelope has proven to be too small.

All crafters’ merchandise and displays will be evaluated for quality and originality. NO COMMERCIAL MASS-PRODUCED ITEMS ARE ALLOWED. Please apply early! You will be notified of acceptance in the beginning of April. Please call Merrilee at 402-390-0890 or e-mail her at if you have any questions.

Canopy footprints must be no bigger than 10x10. Some picnic canopies are 12x12 and won’t fit our spaces.
